Quartermaster Meetings:  Tues. July 23 and 30

Quartermasters are meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Kast house on both nights to prepare the trailer and contents for Tomahawk

Packlist:  Items to Remember

-A chair for around the campfire ring

-A water bottle

-A gallon bottle of water to share

-A 12-quart covered container with all smellables in it

-Any medication with a note regarding dosage schedule

-Your blue shirt AND class A shirt (wear on way up)

-Rain gear plus more (be prepared for hot, cold, wet, and dry!)

-Lunch money for the drive up

Schedule

We will meet at Our Savior's Lutheran (1616 W. Olive) at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 4.  Plan to stop for lunch during our 2 hour drive.  We will return on Saturday, July 11 around lunchtime, with scouts being dropped off at home.

We are working hard to be prepared for our adventure to Glacier.  We are using a separate email list to communicate details with Glacier participants. 

Hike:  Thursday June 25

We have an evening hike at Sunfish Lake in Lake Elmo.  Meet at 7:00 p.m. at Our Savior's for rides.  Bring a weighted backpack and water.

Hike:  Saturday/Sunday, June 27-28

We have an overnight hike in Afton at the Albertson Farm.  Meet at 4:00 p.m. at Our Savior's for rides.  Pack as you would for the Glacier trip.  We will return by noon on Sunday.

Food Packing:  Monday, July 13

We will be packing food for the trip.  Everyone should plan to attend.  We will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. at a place TBD.

Trip Dates:  Saturday, July 18 - Sunday, July 26

The Troop will be raising funds by providing parking at US Bank over Lumberjack Days.  Watch for a sign-up sheet to select your shift!

The Troop will again be helping to sell pop and water at the annual Relay for Life event on Fri. July 31 and Sat. Aug. 1.  We will be at the Stillwater Area High School stadium.
